"Best Price Guarantee" promotion — terms and conditions

 1. General provisions

• The organiser of the "Best Price Guarantee" promotion (hereinafter: the Promotion) is City Storage.
• The Promotion is valid from 15 June 2026 until further notice.
• The Promotion applies to all City Storage locations:
  • City Storage Mozūriškių st.,
  • City Storage Ukmergės st.,
• The Promotion applies to storage units ranging from 1 m³ to 34 m² in size.

 2. Eligibility conditions

• The Promotion is available to individuals and businesses who are New Customers. A New Customer is defined as a person or company who does not have an active rental agreement with City Storage and whose last agreement ended at least 3 months prior to joining the Promotion.
• To benefit from the Promotion, the Customer must declare their intent and present the Competitor's offer before signing the Rental Agreement. The discount cannot be requested after the agreement has been signed.
• The Promotion cannot be combined with any other City Storage special offers or discounts.

 3. Verification of the Competitor's offer

• City Storage įsipareigoja pasiūlyti nuomos kainą, mažesnę arba lygią kitos sandėliavimo paslaugas teikiančios įmonės (toliau – Konkurentas) kainai, jei tenkinamos šios sąlygos:
  • The Competitor's facility is located in the same city as City Storage.
  • The Customer presents a valid Competitor's offer issued no more than 7 days prior.
  • The Competitor's offer is issued in the name of the same Customer (full name or company name) participating in the Promotion.
  • Konkurento pasiūlymas išduotas tokio paties dydžio sandėliavimo vienetui su lygiaverčiu patekimu (pvz. sandėliukai rūsiuose ar konteineriai lauke – nelygiaverčiai City Storage siūlomoms paslaugoms).
• The offer must meet City Storage's standard (purpose-built storage facility, security cameras, temperature-maintained building). Container parks and sea containers are excluded from comparison.
• Prices are compared based on the Competitor's final price after all applicable discounts.
• The final decision regarding the granting of the Promotion is made by City Storage.

 4. Refusal of the promotion and claims

• Verification and any potential refusal of the Promotion always takes place before the Rental Agreement is signed.
• In the event of refusal, the Customer is not entitled to make any claims against City Storage, including for a lost Competitor's offer or any other costs incurred.
• City Storage reserves the right to refuse the discount if the Competitor's offer raises doubts as to its authenticity or cannot be verified.

 5. Price validity and minimum rental period

• The agreed rental price applies for the first 6 months of rental. After this period, the price may revert to the standard rate listed on the City Storage website.
• The minimum rental period under the Promotion is 3 full months.
• If the Customer terminates the agreement before the end of the minimum 3-month period, they must pay the difference between the promotional price and the standard price for the entire rental period.

 6. Final provisions

• Agreements under the Promotion may only be signed in person at a City Storage office.
• Rights arising from the Promotion are non-transferable.
